Only one version of the Charlie Hebdo affair made the mainstream media: "Muslim extremists kill cartoonists and Jews." An officially-orchestrated response - "je suis Charlie" - followed.
But is there another side to the story?
Disturbing facts quickly emerged. Politicians, big media, the security industry, and arms manufacturers all rushed to cash in. And freedom of speech in France – the supposed target of the terrorists – was rolled back by the French government. Even as millions marched for Charlie, millions more sensed that something was very, very wrong.
In We Are Not Charlie Hebdo, twenty leading public intellectuals refuse the invitation to identify with "Je Suis Charlie." Jews, Muslims, Christians, Protestants, Catholics, atheists, people of the left and right, progressives and traditionalists, people from many different countries and ethnicities – all have united to say "we are NOT Charlie Hebdo." Most suspect the whole affair was a false flag operation or psy-op. (Evidence for that interpretation is presented in the book.) Others merely dissent from the official, mythic false consensus.
If you question what governments tell you…if you doubt the mainstream media version of events…if you are NOT Charlie Hebdo…then this book is for you.

|January 8-9, 2015 -- Hebdo attack rife with "false flag" clues
The reliance of governments and non-state actors on carrying out "false flag" terrorist attacks, which, in the modern-era, began in Europe with the 1980 time-bombing of the Bologna train station that killed 85 and injured over 200, is beginning to yield predictable clues. This is certainly the case with the three-man professional military assault carried out in a precision manner by three alleged Islamist terrorists on the Paris editorial offices of the satirical journal Charlie Hebdo.
The 1980 attack on the Bologna train station began the age of modern false flag attacks. Although the Italian government and media originally blamed the bombing on leftist radical Italian guerrillas, it was, in fact, carried out by an underground fascist cell that obtained the bomb materials from hidden caches belonging to the secret NATO "stay behind" paramilitary network known as "Gladio."
Gladio was intended to mobilize guerrilla forces to fight the Soviets in the event of a ground war in Europe. Weapons and materials were hidden underground and in caves throughout Western Europe for future guerrilla assaults on occupying Soviet troops. However, Italian rightists and Zionists attempted to use the discredited Mitrokhin Dossier, obtained from KGB files, to pin the blame for the Bologna attack on the Soviets acting in concert with radical Arabs, including Palestinian groups. It was later discovered that it was the CIA that funded such news stories in a psychological warfare operation against the Soviets and the Arab countries. From his Paris jail cell in 2005,Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, the famed terrorist known as "Carlos," revealed that it was the CIA and Mossad that carried out the Bologna bombing and that the Mitrokhin File was being used to "falsify history."
Ever since Bologna, the tell-tale signs of Western intelligence false flag operations are extremely evident in attack after attack. By sticking to the same doctrine for over 40 years, Western intelligence fingerprints, including those of Mossad, are becoming as clear as day.
One such tell-tale sign of a false flag operation is the convenient discovery by police of evidence linking attacks to the perpetrators, be they unknowing double agents or patsies who believe in whatever cause has been dangled before them.
One sign of a false flag operation is that "evidence" linking the intended perpetrators to the crime scene is always discovered. French police claim they were able to pin the attack on two Franco-Algerian brothers, Cherif Kouachi and Said Kouachi, because Said, the eldest brother, left his French identification card in a black Citroen used as a getaway car. Police would not say whose identification card they found. Some French security experts warned that the ID card may have been purposely planted in the car to confuse the police. Police also conveniently found Molotov cocktails and Islamist jihadist flags inside the getaway car.
From Bologna 1980 [left] to Paris 2015 [right], false flag operations all bear the same telltale signs and clues. They are becoming standardized, always a clue of government involvement.
Alleged 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta's passport was supposedly found in pristine condition in the rubble of the World Trade Center. A third suspect identified by French police, Hamyd Mourad, the 18-year old brother-in-law of the Kouachis, was said to be the third gunman but he has an alibi. Mourad was in school at the time of the attack. That means that the third gunman has not been captured, let alone identified. Mourad surrendered to authorities after his name appeared in the media as a supposed suspect.
Often, the true perpetrators of false flag attacks are masked. This was the case with the three gunmen who killed 12 people at theCharlie Hedbo offices who were wearing balaclavas during their assault on the newspaper's offices.
There are always other attacks in the region to confuse police. For example, while French police were concentrating their search for the gunmen from northern Paris to the Belgian border, a French police woman was shot and killed in Montrouge, south of Paris. French authorities were quick to say the events south of Paris and at Charlie Hebdo were not linked. A gas station in Villers-Cotteret in Picardy, northern France, was robbed by two men said to be the terrorists.
Another false flag clue is that the alleged perpetrators are almost always known to the police in advance. In 2008, Cherif Kouachi was convicted by French authorities for trying to recruit fighters for the Sunni insurgency in Iraq. However, he never served a day of his sentence because half of his three-year sentence was suspended and the rest if his pre-trial prison time was recognized as time served.
Pre-attack knowledge by the authorities of an alleged perpetrator was certainly the case in the Merah affair in March 2012 when Mohammed Merah, a French national, was killed by French police. Merah was accused of killing three French paratroopers in Montauban and three students and a teacher at a Jewish school in Toulouse. It was later discovered that not only did the French Central Directorate of Internal Intelligence (DCRI) have a dossier on Merah but that it tried to recruit him as an agent. Merah traveled with ease to Afghanistan and Pakistan with the foreknowledge of French intelligence. The then-governing conservatives of President Nicolas Sarkozy and the opposition, now ruling, Socialist Party conspired to cover up Merah's links to French intelligence.
The Kouachi brothers are said to have returned from Syria this past summer, where the CIA and French intelligence have been backing Islamist guerrilla groups battling the government of President Bashar al-Assad.
Where government stories about terrorist perpetrators start to break apart is when descriptions of the alleged terrorists fail to meet popular conceptions. Although Cherif Kouachi was said to be a follower of Islamic cleric Farid Benyettou at the Addawa mosque in Paris, he was also reported by associates to be a drinker, smoker, carouser around women, and beardless. Similarly, the alleged 9/11 hijackers, far from being hard core Islamists, preferred to drink alcohol, spend time in topless bars, and use drugs.
Another common denominator in false flag operations is the release of information by authorities that the alleged perpetrators were bent on attacking Jewish targets. Cherif Kouachi was said to have planned attacks on Jewish targets in France just as Merah was identified as the attacker of the Jewish school in Toulouse.
The attack in Paris was the deadliest in Europe since the July 11, 2011 attack on a Norwegian Labor Party youth camp and government buildings in Oslo. Although the attack was originally believed by the corporate media to be an Islamist attack, it was later pinned on Norwegian fascist right-winger Anders Breivik. Breivik attacked the socialist party youth camp because it had just rallied in support of Palestine. Breivik, a neo-Nazi, maintained close links with European rightists, some of whom had traveled to Israel and even lived for a while on kibbutzes. Breivik's links to Zionists were quickly erased by the media from the public discourse.
|January 16-18, 2015 -- There are limits to inciteful speech WMR
As unlikely a pair as Pope Francis I and Charlie Hebdo founder have weighed in on the flagrant incitement of believers of a major religion with the intent of causing violence. On his way to the Philippines, the Pope said, "You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. You cannot make fun of the faith of others." He also said that if someone insulted his mother, he "could expect a punch" in return.
The founder and former editor of Charlie Hebdo, Henri Roussel, voiced his misgivings about one of his successors as editor, Stephane Charbonnier, among the satirical newspaper's staff gunned down by two Islamist radicals seeking revenge for the paper's cartoon portrayals of the Prophet Mohammed. Roussel blamed Charbonnier for needlessly dragging his staff to their deaths, pointing out that the late editor, known as "Charb" played a dangerous "game of one-upmanship" in provoking radical Muslims to act. Roussel said that after the paper's offices were firebombed in 2011 after it published a cartoon of the Prophet Mohammed considered by Muslims to be blasphemous.
Roussel criticized the most recent management of Charlie Hebdo. He accused Charbonnier's predecessor as editor, Philippe Val, of turning the paper into a "Zionist and Islamophobic organ," especially after Val fired longtime cartoonist Maurice Sine for publishing a cartoon of the marriage of former President Nicolas Sarkozy' son to a Jewish electronic chain heiress. Val considered that cartoon to be anti-Semitic, but, as Roussel pointed out, the paper's management had no problem repeatedly mocking and insulting Islam. Roussel pointed out that after "Charb" published an offensive Mohammed cartoon in 2011 and the paper's offices were firebombed, he proceeded to do the same thing again in 2012. Roussel said Charbonnier "shouldn’t have done it."
The peak inside the inner workings of Charlie Hebdo is reminiscent of the activities of the neo-conservative-influenced and financed protest groups FEMEN, Pussy Riot, and Voina, which have received international publicity over their inciteful and lewd protests at Roman Catholic and Orthodox Christian cathedrals, as well as Islamic mosques. There is no record of these protesters committing any actions against Jewish synagogues in any of the countries where they have protested against Christianity and Islam.
These facts certainly point to the actions of Charlie Hebdo, FEMEN, Pussy Riot, and Voina being directed by well-organized and money-flush Zionist interests. The corporate news media have been full of stories on the sale of over five million copies of the "survivors' edition" of Charlie Hebdo and how French police have been rounding up those who have been charged with inciting "anti-Semitic" speech. At the same time, the Pope, Muslim clerics, and informed observers like Roussel have been slammed hard by the corporate, and largely Zionist-owned media, for their views on what can only be termed as "anti-Gentilic" speech. It certainly appears that the Pope and France's four top imams had Charlie Hebdo's actions in mind when they issued a joint statement condemning the Paris attacks on Charlie Hebdo and the Hyper Cacher Jewish market but urging the media to restrain itself from publishing content disrespectful of religious faiths.
The Charlie Hebdo "survivors' edition" can be downloaded by clicking here. Apparently, the surviving staff saw fit to disregard the wishes of their former editor and founder, the Pope, and France's four chief imams. After examining this much-heralded issue, it is clear thatCharlie Hebdo's modus operandi is to provide a single stock caricature of a bearded Jewish man in a one cartoon while devoting the remainder of its pages to bashing Islam and Christianity. A single caricature does not constitute a license to incite.
Anti-Christian and Islam "comedian" Bill Maher recently said the following in comparing Christianity and Islam, "one is herpes and one is cancer." Not everyone in Hollywood thinks Maher is funny and actor Ben Affleck called Maher on his Islamophobia. The Zionists, using their Talmud as their inspirational guide, want to convince the world that it is perfectly okay to mock, ridicule, blaspheme, and incite Muslims and Christians but to utter one word of condemnation of Jewish practices, including the ritual genital mutilation of infant boys, is "anti-Semitic." Monsieur Roussel, Pope Francis, the French imams, and others, including this website, see the hypocrisy being carried out. President Obama was right to miss out on the navel-gazing "march," that is, the photo-op, of world leaders in Paris. The only march the world needs is one to expose the hypocrisy of the world's elites because once again, they have perpetrated a cruel hoax on the civilized people and nations of the world.
|January 12-13, 2015 -- The CIA radicalized French Muslims WMR
The decision of the Central Intelligence Agency to fund, train, and arm Afghan mujaheddin fundamentalists against the Soviet Union and the socialist government of Afghanistan in the 1980s led directly to the radicalization of French Muslims. It was the CIA's support for the mujaheddin assistance network known as "Al Qaeda," or the "database" as revealed by the late British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook, that facilitated the expansion of Saudi Wahhabist influence over Muslim communities not only in France but around the world. Saudi Arabia was the chief source of money for the mujaheddin support network, which later was transformed into the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan, Al Qaeda, the Islamic State of the Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), and various other jihadist groups from Morocco to Kashmir and from the Philippines to Trinidad.
The CIA's support for Wahhabist- and Saudi- directed and influenced Muslim groups also helped eclipse the left-wing, secular, and socialist loyalties of most of France's Muslims. Working class Franco-Muslims, especially those from North Africa, were always committed to the French Communist and Socialist parties. In the 1960s and 70s, French Muslims not only supported the French Communists and Socialists but also identified with the left-wing and socialist principles espoused by such North African liberation leaders as Algeria's Ahmed Ben Bella and Moroccan Istiqlal Socialist leader Mehdi Ben Barka. During the 1980s, when the CIA strove to eliminate support for pan-Arab socialism in the Middle East and worked to crush socialism in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and elsewhere, the French Service de Documentation Extérieure et de Contre-Espionnage (External Documentation and Counter-Espionage Service, SDECE) and its successor, the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure (DGSE), worked with the CIA to harass Ben Bella who was living in exile in France.
In 1965, the SDECE worked with the CIA and Israel's Mossad on behalf of Morocco's King Hassan II, to kidnap Ben Barka, who lived in exile in France. Ben Barka's body was never found but Moroccan opposition sources revealed that Ben Barka was decapitated in a manner befitting the CIA-supported ISIL and delivered to Hassan in Rabat in a suitcase. The rest of Ben Barka's remains were supposedly encased in cement and buried outside of Paris.
The CIA has admitted it maintains 1800 documents on Ben Barka but it has refused to release them on national security grounds. Ben Barka's links to Cuba's Fidel Castro and other Third World leaders made him a primary target for elimination by the CIA.
The corporate media refuses to admit that from the 1960s to the 1980s, French Muslims were more secular and further to the left than the majority of French Jews. Socialist President Francois Mitterand, who ruled France from 1981 to 1995, rewarded his party's Muslim supporters by appointing pro-Arab ministers, including Michel Rocard, Jean-Pierre Chevenement, Claude Cheysson, and Lionel Jospin. Mitterand was also on friendly terms with the North African presidents who were the heirs of their nations' pan-Arab socialist independence movements: Habib Bourguiba and Zine El Abidine Ben Ali of Tunisia who governed under the mantle of the Neo-Destourian Socialist Party, and Algeria's Chadli Benjedid, the successor to Algeria's National Liberation Front (FLN) founding fathers.
The CIA's support for Islamic fundamentalists, ranging from the Muslim Brotherhood battling Gamal Abdel Nasser in Egypt and Hafez al Assad in Syria, to the North African jihadists who were used as a recruiting ground for the mujaheddin army in Afghanistan, resulted in the steady radicalization of the Arab Muslim diaspora in Paris, Marseilles, and other French cities. It was not until 1989 that the issue of French school girls wearing the hijab headscarves came to a head. Saudi- and Wahhabist-led fundamentalism soon swept across France's Muslim communities and the once dependable Muslim base for the French Communists and Socialists was lost with many young Muslims living in the poor working class banlieue (suburbs) outside of Paris refusing to participate in French elections. Other French Muslims, witnessing the rise of the the neo-fascist National Front and the rightist lurch of the conservative heirs of Charles De Gaulle, including Nicolas Sarkozy, continued to support the Socialists. However, many Muslims became alarmed at the increasing anti-Muslim stance of some leaders of the French Socialist Party, including the present Sarkozy clone, Socialist Prime Minister Manuel Valls. In the 2012 second round French presidential election, 93 percent of Muslim voters cast their ballots for the Socialist candidate, Francois Hollande. Sarkozy garnered 79 percent of the Catholic vote with Hollande winning only 21 percent. French Jews also voted overwhelmingly for Sarkozy.
The dirty little secret overlooked or ignored by the corporate media is that even though the CIA's and DGSE's support for jihadists in Syria, Iraq, Libya, and Yemen have continued the radicalization of French Muslims, particularly the youth, French Muslims continue to be the major bastion of support for French socialism and secularism. French Jews, on the other hand, have supported jihadist Arab guerrilla movements. Bernard-Henri Levy, a supposed French leftist who supported Charlie Hebdo, has served as an intermediary between Libyan and Syrian jihadists and Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. French Jews like Levy have had no problem backing jihadist-linked groups against Arab socialist leaders like Syria's Bashar al Assad and Libya's Muammar Qaddafi. Other French Jews have buried the hatchet with the once anti-Semitic fascist National Front and now support the anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim platform of Front leader Marine Le Pen.
Marseille's large Muslim community traditionally votes for the secular Socialist and Communist parties. The CIA and its Saudi and Qatari friends are trying to radicalize this community with Wahhabist infiltration.
Forces loyal to Sarkozy have often committed false flag operations in France as a way to stir up tensions between French Muslims and non-Muslims. This was very apparent in 2006 and WMR was the first to report on the operations in our October 26, 2006 report:
"WMR has received an eyewitness report to French Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy's operations to stir up violence in the Paris metropolitan area's largely Muslim suburbs (banlieues). Sarkozy is running for president in next year's election. On September 25, a police caravan used the right bank of the Seine's Quai des Celestins as a staging area for an assault on the Tarterets banlieue in order to 'rough up' the locals. Several hundred police were press-ganged into service for the attack. Only a few arrests were made in what amounted to a psychological warfare operation. The pre-planned police assault was in retaliation for an earlier attack on two police officers in Tarterets. WMR has learned from French intelligence sources that assaults on police are also staged by Sarkozy and his supporters who have totally infiltrated the domestic intelligence service, the DST, and are now found in increasing numbers in the DGSE, the foreign intelligence service."
In October and November 2005, arson attacks, especially on parked vehicles, spread across France, including to areas that had very few, if any, Muslim residents, but where Sarkozy needed political support. Thousands of vehicles were burned. On November 10, 2006, WMR also reported on Israeli involvement in the rioting on behalf of Sarkozy, who has Jewish parentage: ". . . the rioting in France also involved, according to information presented in a new book in Germany, elements of Mossad's special warfare Metsada and LAP -- Lohamah Psichlogit -- (psyops) units."
In 2006, WMR also reported on Sarkozy's involvement with thebanlieue rioting:
"Interior Minister and presidential candidate Nicolas Sarkozy, who is supported by pro-right wing Israeli (Likud/Netanyahu/Olmert) factions in France, coordinated and continues to coordinate the paying ofagents provocateurs to engage in violence in the predominantly Muslim banlieues of Paris and other cities. The November 2005 riots spread from Paris to Rouen, Lille, Nice, Dijon, Strasbourg, Marseilles (where Mossad's Branch C, also responsible for Paris and London, maintains a large station), Bordeaux, Rennes, Pau, Orleans, Toulouse, Lyon, Roubaix, Avignon, Saint-Dizier, Drancy, Evreux, Nantes, Dunkirk, Montpellier, Valenciennes, Cannes, and Tourcoing."
In 2012, the "lone wolf" Mohamed Merah incident preceded by a few weeks Sarkozy's failed attempt to win re-election as president. WMR reported: "Mohamed Merah, a 24-year old Muslim French citizen of Algerian descent, was identified as the gunman who committed the terrorist shootings of several people, including three Israeli-French school children at the Ozar Hatorah school in Toulouse, along with their Israeli-French rabbi, in what is now being referred to by the neo-con media as the 'French 9/11.' [Ed. note: the attacks on Charlie Hebdo and Hyper Cacher are now being called the French 9/11, as if the 2012 incident never existed]. French special warfare and tactics (SWAT) police shot and killed Merah after a stand-off at the man's Toulouse apartment.
Merah, who was armed with a small arsenal that included an Israeli-made Uzi, a Colt .45 pistol, a Sten gun, and a shotgun, also stands accused of shooting to death at point blank range a French Muslim soldier on March 11 and two more French Muslim soldiers on March 15. In the March 15 attack, Merah seriously wounded a black French Antillean soldier. Sarkozy's popularity, which had been plummeting amid France's economic crisis, has risen, with the mercurial French president presenting himself as the only person who was able to bring together French Jews and Muslims during a time of grief over the attacks that struck both communities. Sarkozy, in the 2007 campaign, presented himself as the only law-and-order candidate who could defeat the 'Muslim threat' posed by the arson attacks and drew support from France's racist far-right by calling young Muslim rioters 'scum.'"
Sarkozy has all but announced his intention of running for the French presidency in 2017. The French have an appropriate saying when it comes to the repeated fausse-bannière or false flag, operations: "plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose" (the more things change, the more they stay the same).
