WMR By design: Many of ISIL's enemies are also America's enemies. |
By design: Many of ISIL's enemies are also America's enemies. June 2015 As the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) prepares to blow up the ancient Syrian city of Palmyra with landmines, it is becoming increasingly clear that the terrorist "caliphate" and the United States share some common foes. Although many of these common enemies are found in the Middle East, for example, Lebanese Hezbollah, the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad, and the Houthi rebels of Yemen, some are found in Afghanistan and even in the Far East. As more "indications and warnings" are gathered from the ISIL killing and mass destruction fields in Syria and Iraq, it is becoming clear that ISIL, from the very beginning, was a construct of the Central Intelligence Agency and its pro-Saudi and pro-Israeli director, John Brennan; Israel's Mossad, which has ensured that Israeli targets are exempt from ISIL attack; and Saudi Arabia, which actually permitted ISIL attacks against two Shi'a mosques, one in the village of al-Qadeeh and the other in Dammam, in the Eastern Province, where Shi'as have a majority over Wahhabist Sunnis. In Iraq and Syria, U.S. and Israeli weapons have been seen by eyewitnesses being transferred to ISIL and forces of its allies, including the Al Nusra Front in Syria. Saudi bank cash receipts have been found in abandoned ISIL headquarters in both Syria and Iraq. The ISIL attacks on the Shi'as of Saudi Arabia are believed by many to be warnings by the unholy alliance of Washington, Tel Aviv, and Riyadh against predominantly Shi'a Iran. ISIL units have also destroyed Zaidi Islamic sect mosques in Yemen. The Zaidis, who ruled Yemen for a millennium, make up the majority of the Houthi rebel forces who are battling the Saudi- and U.S.-supported Yemeni government-in-exile for control of the country. Like Assad's Alawites in Syria, the Zaidis are religiously affilated with the Shia's and all three sects are targeted for genocide by ISIL and its Saudi, Israeli, and CIA masters. ISIL has made no secret of its desire to bring the death and destruction it has visited upon Syria and Iraq into the heart of Iran. The destabilization of Iran by sponsoring terrorist attacks in Iran and against Iranian targets abroad has long been the modus operandi of the U.S., Israel, and Saudi Arabia, acting mostly through the anti-Tehran Mojahedin-e-Khalq (MEK) and Baluchi separatists based in Pakistan. ISIL refers to Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan as "Wilayat Khorasan" or Korasan State. An ISIL affilate, known as the Khorasan Group, has been fighting in Syria and is believed to be made up of central Asian ISIL recruits and commanders. It was recently announced that Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov, the one-time head of the Tajikistan elite anti-terrorism police force, known as OMON, defected to ISIL and is now one its top field commanders in Syria. Khalimov, who was trained by U.S. Special Operations, Blackwater, and CIA officers during a number of official visits to the United States, has vowed to return to the Tajikistan to "slaughter" Tajik President Emomali Rakhmonov, recruit Tajiks working in Russia to launch terrorist attacks inside Russia itself and Tajiks in Tajikistan to attack Russian military troops stationed in Tajikistan (which makes Khalimov an ally of NATO top military commander General Philip Breedlove and U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, who want to increase military pressure on Russia to Cold War levels). ISIL guerrillas, mostly Chechens, fresh from combat in Syria and Iraq, have been discovered fighting for Ihor Kolomoisky's Israeli- and neo-Nazi-led mercenary battalions against the pro-Russian forces of Donetsk and Lugansk in eastern Ukraine. True comrades (left to right): CIA- and U.S. Special Forces-trained Tajik "Spetsnaz" commander Gulmurod Khalimov, now top ISIL commander in Syria; Khalid al-Hamad, the ISIL guerrilla who was videotaped eating the heart that he cut out from a dead Syrian soldier; a clean-shaven Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi; Senator John McCain (R-AZ); Chechen ISIL fighters being bussed into Donbass, eastern Ukraine, courtesy of Ukrainian-Israeli billionaire Ihor Kolomoisky. Further evidence that ISIL is a CIA, MI6, and Mossad creation. ISIL has, conveniently for the West, attacked Taliban forces in Afghanistan. The Taliban declared ISIL's self-declared caliphate as illegitimate, and its caliph leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who may be an artificial product of the CIA's and Mossad's psychological warfare units, to be a fraud. The Taliban became alarmed as some of its members broke ranks with the jihadist movement and joined ISIL in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Moreover, ISIL declared the Taliban to be "kafir," or unbelievers of Islam. In April, Al-Baghadi declared the Taliban's Mullah Omar to be "a fool and illiterate warlord." It is no concidence that ISIL's rhetoric about the enigmatic Taliban leader matches nicely with that issued forth by the U.S. military psy-ops units in Afghanistan at the height of the U.S. military intervention in Afghanistan following the 9/11 attack. In mid-June, ISIL released a video tape showing its forces decapitating a Taliban prisoner in Afghanistan. ISIL has, also, in concert with increasing U.S. military pressure on China and North Korea, declared jihad or holy war on the two Asian nations. In May, a North Korean couple, who worked as doctors at the local hospital in Zallah, Libya, were taken captive by ISIL in Libya. No word has been received on the fate of the North Korean husband and wife medical duo. In January, ISIL computer hackers, known as the "Cyber Caliphate," claimed credit for altering the Facebook page of Air Koryo, North Korea's state-owned airline. ISIL's black and white flag was pasted on the Facebook page with a statement calling North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un "a crying pig." The ISIL hackers also had a warning for both North Korea and China: "North Korea, the communist thug nation, and the Chinese communist thugs will pay a price for their collaboration with the enemies of the mujahideen." ISIL propaganda rhetoric about China and North Korea also match up nicely with pronouncements emanating from the U.S. Pacific Command in Hawaii about the military threats posed by Beijing and Pyongyang. North Korea has responded to the ISIL threats by providing the Type 73 machine gun, manufactured by the First Machine Industry Bureau of North Korea to Iraqi government and Kurdish forces fighting against ISIL in Iraq. North Korean military advisers are also believed to be assisting Syrian government and Lebanese Hezbollah forces battling ISIL in Syria. South Korea, which never misses an opportunity to confront North Korea militarily, permitted a South Korean citizen, known only by the very common Korean name "Kim," to join ISIL ranks in Syria in February. It is more likely that "Kim" is a South Korean intelligence agent who is responsible for coordinating ISIL attacks on North Korean assets in the region, including the North Korean medical couple in Libya. Venezuela's president Nicolas Maduro, who the CIA is busy trying to overthrow, called ISIL a "Frankenstein, a monster nursed by the West itself" in a speech to the United Nations General Assembly in 2014. Not coincidentally, as President Barack Obama declared that Venezuela posed a "national security threat" to the United States in March, there were reports of nascent ISIL activity in Venezuela. The U.S. Army War College, including Professor Robert Bunker, began issuing statements that increased ISIL activity in Venezuela would be good for U.S. national security because ISIL is the natural enemy of Hezbollah, which the U.S. neocons are claiming has gained a strategic toehold in Venezuela. The links between ISIL and the West in Latin America have nopt been lost on the Western Hemisphere's sage senior statesman, former Cuban president Fidel Castro. In September 2014, Castro accused Israel's Mossad, in league with Senator McCain, of helping to create ISIL. Although the corporate media infotainment quarters would have everyone believe the U.S. is doing everything in its power to fight ISIL, the opposite is true. As ISIL prepares to destroy another ancient city in the Middle East, it continues to expand its operations in not only Syria and Iraq but Yemen, the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (with the tacit support of the King Salman clique in Riyadh), Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Libya. In this case, North Korea, Iran, Lebanese Hezbollah, the Taliban, the pro-Iranian Shi'a-led government in Baghdad, the Assad government in Syria, China, and Russia are not filling the bill for Washington, Tel Aviv, and Riyadh as the "enemy of my enemy is my friend" but as the "enemies of my friend (ISIL) are my enemies." National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden, who also worked for the CIA and the joint NSA-CIA agency known as the Special Collection Service (F6), has stated, with credible authority, that the British MI-6, CIA, and Mossad jointly created ISIL. The ultimate perpetrators of ISIL's ravaging of the Middle East are not to be found in the deserts of the Middle East and the mountains of Afghanistan but in the seventh floor director's suite at CIA headquarters in Langley. When he was sworn in as CIA director, Brennan opted to swear his oath of office on a copy of the U.S. Constitution, rather than on the commonly-used King James version of the Bible. In doing so, Brennan avoided upsetting his true comrades-in-arms: Israel, Saudi Arabia, and ISIL. Perhaps one way to curb ISIL is for Mr. Brennan to face a U.S. military firing squad after a quick but certain trial is held for his treason against the very U.S. Constitution that he swore to uphold. |
WMR "Bandar Bush" is back calling the shots on ISIL advance through Iraq |
July 2-3, 2014 -- "Bandar Bush" is back calling the shots on ISIL advance through Iraq Prince Bandar bin Sultan, the godfather behind the creation of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), now called the "Islamic State" or "Islamic Caliphate," has returned to an influential position advising King Abdullah after being sacked as Saudi intelligence chief last April. Bandar's new title is "adviser to the King and his special envoy." Bandar had never actually left the Saudi inner circle. After being dismissed as intelligence chief in April, he retained his position as secretary general of the Saudi National Security Council, a position similar to that held by Susan Rice as the White House National Security Adviser and director of the National Security Council. Bandar's restoration to favor within the House of Saud came as King Abdullah appointed the recently-fired deputy defense minister, Prince Khaled bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, as the new chief of Saudi intelligence. It took only two days for Khaled from being fired as deputy defense minister, a job he held for only 45 days, to being named as Saudi intelligence chief. The shuffle came about to ensure that key Saudi defense and intelligence officials are on the same page when it comes to reasserting control over ISIL as it continues to advance toward Baghdad. However, the House of Saud has been a major bank roller of ISIL since the beginning of their roles in Syria's civil war. The Al Nusra Front (Jabhat al-Nusra), on the other hand, has been mainly funded by Qatar. However, the Al Nusra Front, far from being a rival to ISIL, has pledged its support for the group as its forces spread across northern and western Iraq. The actual aim of Saudi Arabia is to destabilize Iraq and Syria, hoping that the Nouri al-Maliki and Bashar al Assad governments, respectively, will be overthrown and replaced with radical Sunni regimes beholden to the Saudis. Bandar, who is widely credited for arming and financing radical jihadists in the Syrian opposition rebel army against so-called "moderate" Syrian opposition forces, was forced out as Saudi intelligence chief after President Barack Obama met with King Abdullah in Riyadh on March 28. Bandar's duties as the chief Saudi interlocutor with Syria's rebels was transferred to Saudi Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef. Those duties will now be assumed by Prince Khaled. Prince Mohammed helped steer Saudi support to the U.S.-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA), which has become a second-tier and weak player in the Syrian civil war. FSA officials, many of whom are exiled former government officials in the Assad government, are more comfortable in Istanbul hotels and restaurants than on the front lines in Syria. However, after the success of ISIL in eastern Syria and Iraq, the Saudis decided to bring back ISIL's main interlocutor, Prince Bandar, to bring the group's leadership under firmer Saudi control. Bandar has had long ties to Jihadist terrorism. Bandar, on a pre-Sochi Olympics trip to Moscow, offered Russia a lucrative weapons deal if Russia ceased its support for Assad. Bandar also told Putin that if Russia rejected Saudi Arabia's offer, Saudi-backed Islamist terrorists in the Caucasus region would be free to launch terrorist attacks on the Winter Olympics in Sochi. Putin reportedly ordered Bandar out of his office in the Kremlin. There are also reports that Saudi-financed Islamist terrorists from Chechnya and Dagestan have been active in Ukraine fighting against Russian-speaking separatists in eastern Ukraine. In some cases, Islamist terrorists have joined Israeli paramilitary units in Ukraine in support of the Kiev government's military actions against eastern Ukraine. In Syria, there have been reports of Mossad coordination with ISIL units in attacks against Syrian government forces, including in the region north of the Golan Heights. Bandar's name is reportedly contained in the still-classified 28 pages from the Joint Congressional 9/11 Inquiry report on Saudi Arabia's role in the 9/11 attack. Attempts to have the 28 pages declassified has met with strong opposition from Brennan and the CIA, as well as the Obama White House. Former Senator Bob Graham (D-FL), who chaired the Senate Intelligence Committee at the time the report was written, has called for the 28 pages to be made public. A reliable source told WMR that Graham was cold-shouldered when he visited the White House last year to press for full disclosure. Graham was shuffled off to meet with a low-level White House staffer. CIA director John O. Brennan, a Saudophile and former CIA station chief in Riyadh, is, according to our sources, behind the restoration of Bandar to a key position in the Saudi government. Some 1000 U.S. troops and advisers have been dispatched to Iraq not to prevent the Maliki government from falling but to assist in the transition to a post-Maliki government that will have strong pro-Saudi and Sunni representation. The U.S. military personnel are also in Iraq to protect U.S. assets in the country, including the massive U.S. embassy complex in Baghdad and U.S. oil industry interests. There were varying unsubstantiated reports at the time of Bandar's dismissal that he had been assassinated or wounded while visiting rebel-held positions in Syria. Other reports stated that Bandar, affectionately known by the Bush family as "Bandar Bush" because of his close ties to the American political dynasty, was poisoned in an internal Saudi feud aimed at eliminating the influence of Bandar, the chief of the Sudairi clan within the House of Saud. The clan also includes Prince Turki, also a former Saudi intelligence chief, and Crown Prince Salman, the heir apparent to the throne after King Abdullah dies. Bandar was brought back into a significant position as adviser to King Abdullah in order to carry out the Saudi and Israeli master plan for the region. The Riyadh-Jerusalem axis has agreed that Iraq as a nation must cease to exist. Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu recently publicly endorsed an independent Kurdistan in northern Iraq. The advance of ISIL forces into Iraq has convinced Turkey, long opposed to Kurdish statehood in Iraq, to support the idea or possibly face ISIL in charge of Kurdistan. The Turkish government has also started negotiations with the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' party (PKK), considered a terrorist group by Turkey but now seen as a potential partner for Turkey against an ISIL takeover of Iraqi Kurdistan. An ISIL on the move also gives Israel a powerful argument for why it must remain in charge of the West Bank. With ISIL changing its name from "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" to the more all-encompassing "Islamic State," there is a belief, backed by recent public statements by ISIL leader and self-proclaimed "caliph" Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, that ISIL's plans for an Islamic caliphate include Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, and beyond. Baghdadi has called for an Islamic revolt from the Central African Republic to Myanmar. For Netanyahu, ISIL's offensive gives him political ammunition for not only maintaining control over the West Bank but in sabotaging the new Palestinian unity government of Fatah and Hamas. Bandar's goal is to eliminate the current governments of Syria and Iraq, thus depriving Iran of its only two allies in the region. With a radical Sunni caliphate in charge in Baghdad, ISIL will be poised to cross the Iranian border and start a rebellion among Iran's Arab minority in Khuzestan province, the center of Iran's oil industry. With ISIL gaining control of Iraq's southern oil fields as well as part of the fields bordering Iraqi Kurdistan, the takeover by a Saudi proxy of Iran's oil province would give Saudi Arabia effective control over much of the Middle East's oil reserves. The shift of political and economic clout to Riyadh would also eliminate Qatar and its Muslim Brotherhood-aligned government as a serious rival to Saudi regional hegemony. Bandar not only has Brennan in his corner in Washington but also Senator John McCain (R-AZ) who, while attending the February Munich Security Conference, said, "Thank God for the Saudis and Prince Bandar." McCain echoed similar comments he made earlier on CNN. In 2012, McCain covertly crossed into Syria from Turkey and was photographed with radical Islamists, some of whom are now fighting with ISIL in Iraq. John McCain: terrorist supporter. McCain with Saudi-funded jihadist guerrillas in Syria [left] and with Ansar al-Sharia guerrillas in Benghazi, Libya [right]. Ansar al-Sharia sent NATO weapons and weapons captured from Muammar Qaddafi arsenals to jihadist guerrillas in Syria. in August 2013, McCain and Senator Lindsey Graham met with Bandar and urged the Saudi intelligence chief to expedite the delivery of weapons from various sources, including Libya, to the Syrian rebels. Bandar only armed the most radical of the Syrian factions, namely ISIL and Jabhat al-Nusra (the Al Nusra Front). Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey are aware of the activities of McCain and Graham with regard to Bandar, ISIL, and Jabhat al-Nusra and the top two U.S. defense officials have opposed providing U.S. arms to Syrian rebels. President Obama reversed that decision by recently asking Congress to approve $500 million in lethal aid for Syrian rebels. Many House members are opposed to arming Syrian rebels for fear that the weapons will end up in the hands of the most radical factions. A House amendment to the 2015 defense spending bill sponsored by Rep. Jeff Fortenberry (R-NE) that would have blocked U.S. weapons for Syrian rebels failed to pass by a 167-244 vote. |
WMR Bandar buying political support in US and Europe |
September 6-8, 2013 -- Bandar buying political support in US and Europe WMR has learned from multiple intelligence sources in Washington, London, Beirut, and Paris that Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan has paid off key members of the U.S. Senate and House leadership, as well as key ministers of the French government, with "incentive cash" to support an American and French "shock and awe" military strike on not only Syria but Hezbollah positions in Lebanon. Secretary of State John Kerry has ordered all U.S. diplomats out of Lebanon in preparation for a U.S. strike on targets mainly in south Beirut and south Lebanon. Bandar was also chiefly behind the shipment of weapons to Syrian rebels from arms caches seized by Islamist Salafist and Muslim Brotherhood guerrillas in Libya from Muammar Qaddafi's forces. That operation, which was botched by a series of circumstances, including the dissemination of an anti-Muslim video on YouTube and a failed covert operation conducted under the auspices of a classified President Finding signed by Barack Obama and implemented by then-National Security Adviser and current CIA director John Brennan. The ill-fated covert operation that saw Libyan weapons being bought from Libyan guerrillas for transfer to Syria resulted in the 9/11/12 murder of the U.S. ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three personnel assigned to the CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya. Rival Libyan groups loyal to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, respectively, also contributed to the failure of the weapons buying operation in Benghazi. Pro-Saudi Salafists were upset that pro-Muslim Brotherhood rebels were reaping huge amounts of cash from Libyan weapons being shipped on Qatar Airways cargo flights from Benghazi to Turkey for later distribution to Syrian rebels. Afghanistan veterans of the Saudi-funded Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, which battled Qaddafi's forces for a number of years and were members of Al Qaeda, got their revenge on Qatar and the CIA by attacking the U.S. "diplomatic annex" in Benghazi. The Obama administration launched a cover-up to keep secret the nature of the CIA's weapons transfer operation from Libya to Syria. Prince Bandar (Mr. 9/11) is buying up members of Congress to vote for the Syria War Resolution. Much of the money Bandar is using to buy off members of Congress and the French National Assembly originates from a $2 billion slush fund amassed by Bandar as a result of bribes paid to him by the British defense firm BAE Systems for a Saudi oil-for-weapons deal made with Britain in the 1980s. Over more than two decades, the Bank of England transferred some $2 billion to the accounts of Bandar and other Saudi officials as a deal "sweetener." British Tornado and Typhoon Eurofighter aircraft were provided to Saudi Arabia, in addition to Tornado upgrades and missiles. Republican and Democratic members of the Senate and House leadership, including Senators Harry Reid, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Barbara Boxer, and Robert Menendez, as well as House Speaker John Boehner, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, House Intelligence Committee chairman Mike Rogers, New York's Peter King, Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, and others have seen their campaign chests grow substantially as a result of Bandar's financial largesse, according to our multiple sources. |
WMR Prince Bandar "dead" in Syrian-Saudi information warfare |
August 2-3, 2012 -- Prince Bandar "dead" in Syrian-Saudi information warfare WMR has learned from our sources in Lebanon and Egypt that Saudi Arabia's recently-appointed head of Saudi intelligence, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, the former Saudi ambassador to the United States and close friend of the Bush family -- he was even called "Bandar Bush" by George W. Bush -- is very much alive but keeping a low profile in Saudi Arabia. After serving as ambassador in Washington, Bandar served as secretary general of the Saudi National Security Council but was stripped of all his government responsibilities after he engaged in a power struggle against King Abdullah. Bandar became head of Saudi intelligence on July 19, the day after Saudi agents were reportedly involved in the insurgent bombing of Syrian security headquarters in Damascus, which killed Syria's intelligence and defense ministers. WMR's Middle East sources claim that there is a massive information war being waged between Damascus and Riyadh and, in a wishful-thinking "eye for an eye" retaliation, Damascus has floated the story that Bandar was killed in a bombing of Saudi General Intelligence Directorate (Ri'asat Al-Istikhbarat Al-'Amah) headquarters in Riyadh. Various reports surfacing on Middle East and European websites, including PressTV of Iran and Voltairenet of France, stated that Bandar was allegedly killed in the claimed Riyadh bombing. However dates vary widely on the alleged events. Some reports had Bandar taking over as Saudi spy chief on July 24, with the alleged Riyadh bombing taking place on July 26. However, it appears from confirmed reports that Bandar took over Saudi intelligence on July 19. The Bandar assassinaton report was carried in the Tehran Times,Times of Israel, International Business Times, and even the Aspen Times in Colorado. The Aspen paper contacted Bandar's Aspen attorney -- Bandar recently sold his $49 million Aspen estate to hedge fund tycoon John Paulson -- and the Pitkin County Sheriff's Office. No one had any confirmation of Bandar's alleged assassination. Other unconfirmed reports, including one in Yemen's al-Fajr Press, claimed that it was Bandar's intelligence deputy who was killed in a bombing as he entered the intelligence building in Riyadh. Bandar's Wikipedia entry was altered to read that Bandar "died July 23, 2012." The Voltairenet report stated: "Though not yet announced by the Saudi authorities, the death of Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been confirmed to Voltaire Network by unofficial sources. Prince Bandar had just been appointed head of Saudi intelligence on July 24: a promotion which was interpreted as a reward for having organized the attack in Damascus on July 18 . . . Prince Bandar was himself the target of a bomb attack on July 26, and subsequently succumbed to his injuries." Two dates of Bandar's death are stated -- July 23 and July 26, more evidence of a planted story. The Paris-based Voltairenet is known to be close to the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad. Another clue that there is a major information war taking place currently between the Saudis on one hand and Syria and Iran on the other is the fact that shortly after the reports of Bandar's assassination, there was a spate of unconfirmed reports that Iran's Supreme Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had died or was seriously ill and in a coma. It turns out that some of the Twitter reports, which had already been circulating for a month, were traced back to neo-conservative fabulist Michael Ledeen. |
