OIL AND BLOOD(2833 TEARS)

 

devil's slow dance
footprints in ash
a tender shoot sprouts
through a fertile ground
searching the electric sky
for a new born sun
doves and hawks soar
wings of love embrace them home

 

one tear drop for the mothers
fills the well with holy water
sacrificial lambs
baste on the open flame
tower of greed falls fast to doom
tower of love will rise again
(please don't build them high)
twins....a spectrum of ends
dreams escape like steam
Allah turns in shame
theism raped by insane sons
graves of paper hold the dust
vaporize youth
crush eyes of wisdom

daughter
mother
father
grandfather
grandmother

 

we beg you to oblige
you ...who hate our babies
our world cries
harmonious ...one voice
come at us with love
my tattered flag hangs limp
oil and blood mix well
politicians hands...pristine
until that hand reaches in the
pocket
lined with oil and blood

 

stain humanity..............................red
dead eye sockets...............................white
bruised hearts black and................................blue

 

we are all to blame
we should share the shame
