Recently the Obama Administration filed an appeal to stop a judge’s injunction that blocked enforcement of some NDAA provisions the Obama Administration stated (were justified) that gives the President the authorization to lock belligerents up indefinitely—because cases involving belligerents directly-aligned with militants against the good of America—warrants such punishment.) Obama can use those blocked provisions of NDAA to round up millions of Americans alleging they are belligerents or threat to National Security. Federal Government is only required to use a preponderance of civil evidence, little more than hearsay to Civilly Forfeit Private Property.
